Robotican Demonstrates Goshawk Autonomous Interception of Invasive Drones

In a key advance in drone C-UAS technology, Robotican successfully demonstrated an autonomous drone interception for the U.S. Department of Defense’s Irregular Warfare Technical Support Directorate (IWTSD).

The company recently unveiled its third generation of the Goshawk interceptor drone, developed to provide fully autonomous interception capabilities needed by C-UAS systems. The design of Goshawk allows it to capture hostile drones during any stage of their mission. A physical net enables the Goshawk to capture and carry the hostile drone, delivering it to a predefined area for safe disposal, without collateral damage.
