The Robots of Xponential 2023
The National Robotics Education Foundation (NREF) is proud to bring you nearly 400 carefully selected images taken at the 2023 AUVSI Xponential by our team of photojournalists. Held in Denver, CO, May 8 – 11, the 50th-anniversary Xponential was hosted by The Association for Uncrewed Vehicle Systems International (AUVSI) in conjunction with Messe Düsseldorf North America (MDNA). Xponential 2023’s theme was “Blueprint for Autonomy.” NREF photojournalists covering the event included Lucien Miller, Brian Nave, Mark Essenburg, George Mitsuoka and Thomas Atwood. Xponential 2023 featured a broad selection of the latest uncrewed systems technologies, land, air, and sea, developed by 600+ commercial businesses, academic researchers, entrepreneurs, nonprofits and government agencies. The event also included a host of educational presentations, seminars and workshops. The mood was upbeat, and the show provided opportunities to both conduct business and link up with potential industry partners. NREF was honored this year to be a finalist in the AUVSI’s Xcellence Awards in the category of Workforce Development. We hope this presentation of the latest in robotics technology inspires robotics enthusiasts of all ages to pursue STEM education and related careers!
